Don Bales is a Registered Forester and a Certified Wildlife Biologist. He has held positions as a Wood Buyer, Management Forester, Natural Resources Manager, County Agent and an Extension Forester. He has been a Deer Management Assistance Program Biologist for over 25 years. He has served as a Board Member of the MS Forestry Association and was selected by the National Forest Landowners Association as the Extension Forester of the Year in 2012. He has also worked as a hunting guide in Colorado and in Mississippi.
