Outside of the fence there have been multiple 150" bucks harvested in the large food plots that are accessed via the great internal road system that has many infrastructure improvements built to last. For waterfowl you can find 10 duck blinds in the marsh and cypress sloughs where there's always a quality hunt to be had. Inside the fence you'll find Pierre David, Axis, Sitka, Blackbuck, Elk, Fallow Deer, Red Stag, and Nilgai. There are also eight 5+- acre breeder pens for your exotics and whitetail. The quail course features a tower where quail and shucker can be released providing opportunity for great wing-shooting fun. When hunting becomes less appealing you can walk right out of the lodge and take advantage of great fishing opportunity in the canals and ponds throughout the property and even enjoy some outstanding bow fishing. There are three pumps that pump water off of the property when water levels begin to rise to a certain level ensuring that water level remains at an optimum level.
