Tim Guidroz

Hey, my name is Tim Guidroz, and I'm a Realtor with United Country -Southern States Realty. I specialize in land, hunting and recreational properties, fishing camps, and waterfront properties. Having grown up in Southeast Louisiana, my first passion was the outdoors. From dragging redfish out of the marshes of Cocodrie to chasing turkeys in the hills of Wilkinson County, MS, it's all I've ever really wanted to do. Turns out, neither one of those things pay very well - just the opposite actually.  I started my career in the petrochemical industry, and soon realized I was aching to make a living doing what I love to do. Fast forward to now, and I get to help other people achieve their goals of buying their "camp". I also founded a real estate media company that services over 300 of the top agents in Louisiana & Mississippi. This makes me uniquely able to market properties for sale with my extensive background in photography, videography, drones, 3D scanning and mapping.
